#1916 Early Photo Coudersport PA
Here is a nice one! It is a vintage 1900-1910 era orig. photo. It measures approx. 3" x 4" and is unmounted. It pictures a super historical view of an old iron bridge. To the left a man walks his spotted Dalmation dog over the span. Heading towards the camera in the distance is a horse and wagon. Another wagon loaded with hay can also be seen in the distance. Looks like cobblestone streets leading up to the bridge. Back of this vintage photo is handmarked and reads "Coudersport Pa.". Could this be the old pony truss bridge built in 1910 at 4th Street over the Allegheny at Coudersport PA??? Coudersport is a tiny borough in Potter County PA about 110 miles east by south of Erie Pennsylvania on the Allegheny River. Image is sharp and detailed. Has some black album residue on back from being mounted at one time. Condition-Very Good

#783 Pamassus PA Flood Of 1936 Photo!
Here is a super 1936 photograph of the flood at Pamassus Pennsylvania! This is a nice old photo from a very small PA town! Although not a postcard, it is nearly postcard sized. The front shows a detailed view of the Penn. town of Pamassus, taken from atop a hill. Buildings, homes and a church with a cemetery are under water! Streets are barely visible as the water floods the area. Mountains are seen in the distance. A neat old REAL PHOTO disaster / flood view! Back of photo is blank, but is handwritten with important info about this original photographic image. Back reads "P.P. Church, High tide March 18 1936, taken from Mt. Vernon , Pamassus Pa., No lives lost this flood here". Condition is excellent and deatiled as shown. Any other lines or waves are from the scanner and not on the actual image.
