#1736 Herndon Cabin Interior Illinois
Here's a super real photo postcard of the interior of an old cabin in Illinois!
Here is a nice one! It is a vintage RP / RPPC / Real Photo Post Card. It pictures a 1940s interior view of the old Herndon Brothers Cabin. I'm unsure, but I believe this cabin is somehow related to Abraham Lincoln??? It has all types of antiques and furniture on display. Front of card is printed and reads "Herndon Brothers Cabin, Lincoln's New Salem, ILL". Back of postcard is divided and postmarked with a huge postmark that reads "Lincoln's New Salem, ILL. Sep 15 1941 AM". Condition-Very Good

#749 RP Elijah Hospice Zion IL !!!
Here is a beautiful Illinois Real Photo postcard view! It pictures the historic Elijah Hospice at Zion City IL, built in 1902 with electric lights, hot and cold water and other modern conveniences. Front of card shows this huge hospital/hotel with tower and several outbuildings. Back of card is divided and postally unused, with a CYKO Place Stamp Here stamp box. Probably circa 1902-1905. Condition-Excellent
