#1621 Wigwam Roadside Motel KY
This is a nice one!!! It is a vintage chrome postcard. It pictures a neat 50s view of an unusual old motel complex. A large wigwam or teepee stands at center. Seventeen smaller ones surround it. Old 50s cars are parked out front! The Wigwam Village Inn was built In Cave City KY by Frank A. Redford in 1937. The individual motel rooms were patterned after Sioux Indian teepees he saw on a reservation. His other Wigwam Village #1 was completed in Horse Cave, Kentucky. Card back is divided and postally unused. Condition-Very good
