Here's a nice old pair of early snapshot photographs of busy 1915 era Johannesburg South Africa! They are two vintage snap shot size photos, measuring approx. 2.5" x 3.5". Although not postcards, they are postcard size when mounted together on the back. The top image is an city view of 1915 era Johannesburg. A double decker bus is in view. Back of this photo is handwritten "Johannesburg Central". The second photograph is of a busy street scene, maybe a town square? Tons of double decker buses in view along with a motorcycle and early 1915 era autos. Back of this photo is marked "Tram Terminus at Market Square, Johannesburg". Condition-Excellent

Here's a nice old pair of early snapshot photographs of busy 1915 era Johannesburg South Africa! Although not a postcard, the two small photos are mounted together and are postacrd sized. They are two vintage snap shot size photos, measuring approx. 2.5" x 3.5". The top image is an city view of 1915 era Johannesburg. Cannons stand to the right. i see early autos, horse drawn wagons and cycles in view. Lots of stores with advertising signs. Back of this photo is handwritten "Pritchard Street, Johannesburgh". The second photograph is of another busy street scene. Lots of early autos, double decker buses, horse drawn wagons etc. Tons of advertising signs in view! Back of this photo is marked "Eloff Street, Johannesburg". Condition-Excellent
